General admission tickets are available on a very limited basis, with first preference given to Future of Music Policy Summit 2014 attendees. Refunds only available before September 30, 2014.  No refunds will be issued for requests made after September 30, 2014. Refund payments may take up to six weeks from the date of your refund request.
