Summit Evaluation

Please take 5 minutes to answer the following questions and provide feedback about this year's FMC Policy Summit so that we can make next year's event even better. Note that your answers are both confidential and anonymous, unless you provide your name and email address at the bottom of the form, which is completely optional.

Just a quick note about panelist selection: we considered over 550 panelists for this event, and invited over 180 to participate. Of these, 133 accepted our invites.

A. Summit Location and Time of Year

1. This is the first time we've taken the Summit outside of Washington, DC. What, in general, did you think of this move to Montreal and running this in conjunction with Pop Montreal?

2. This year's Summit was scheduled for early October to run in conjunction with Pop Montreal. We also know it's Canadian Thanksgiving and Columbus Day weekend. Is this a convenient time and, if not, do you have other suggestions?

3. McGill's Schulich School of Music was a good location in Montreal for this type of event.

4. The sound systems in Pollack and Tanna Halls were adequate (easy to hear and see panelists/speakers)

5. Any other thoughts about the location or facilities?

E. The Keynote Speakers

1. This year's program included panels, breakout sessions, special conversations, keynote speeches and interviews. We also had a Pho dinner, a breakfast and two cocktail parties. What did you think about this mixture? Are any of these elements more compelling than others?
