Make an appointment to speak with a HINT representative
We will call you at the preferred time and we can chat about your situation and options you may have. Appointment hours are in the evenings/late afternoons on Monday to Thursday, 7 PM ET - 8:30 PM ET and last 30 minutes.
Some Ground Rules Currently, we are scheduling calls Monday - Thursday, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm ET. If there is a conflict, we can work outside of those hours if necessary. We have day jobs that make calls during the day very difficult, but not impossible, to schedule.
If you are currently insured, please have a copy of the policy with you when we speak.
If you are using a cell phone, try to position yourself where coverage will not be a problem.
Make sure that you have no other appointments and you are in a quiet place where you can concentrate.
Turn off or ignore your call waiting. If you're expecting an important call, we can reschedule. Remember, we only have 30 minutes, and it goes by fast! Others are waiting, so we usually can't go over 30 minutes.
If you have to reschedule, please give us as much advance notice as possible.
